The ability to create and cast vision is critical for any leadership team. The vision should be an unambiguous expression of what His people jointly wish to become, not just the leader. For a vision to be powerful for any fellowship of people, the people who comprise of that movement must wholeheartedly embrace it. At theTURN, there are three critical components to our vision.
